Safety Rules

  • All waterslides and pools are monitored by certified and trained lifeguards.
  • Follow all instructions within the water park, pictorial and written signage on display at each slide and lifeguards on duty. Management will not accept responsibility for any accident due to misuse of the facilities or non-compliance with lifeguard instructions.
  • No diving allowed from any slide feature or into any pools
  • No running, pushing, dunking, shoulders riding or any other inappropriate behavior on water park premises!
  • If you do not know how to swim, use of slides and features is forbidden.
  • Correct positions on slides is indicated and must be followed.
  • Children must have adult supervision
  • Participation in certain water park activities is conditional on a good physical condition. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or suffer from a neck or back condition avoid using our extreme slides.
  • Use common sense, watch the slides and decide if you should participate.
  • Swimwear must be worn on slides at all times. Shorts pants or garments featuring metal buckles, rivets, zippers or rings are restricted.
  • Jewelery, watches, zipper-equipped swimsuits or sharp objects whilst using the games, are strictly forbidden.

Useful Tips

  • Please do not bring any glassware, food or drinks into the water park. Food and drink can be purchased at snack bar located inside the water park.
  • Wearing comfortable and suitable footwear is advisable
  • Each slide or feature has: height, weight or age restrictions that must be followed.
  • All jewellery, watches, eyeglasses, sunglasses, mobile phones, purses, cameras, and any other personal belongings must be removed prior to using slides.
  • Store your personal belongings in the safes provided for at the water park entrance.
  • The operation of the water park may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
  • Observe all lifeguard instructions.
  • Avoid sunburns by using sun shield products all the time.
  • Drink lots of fluids to prevent your body from being dehydrated
